Graf Academy

Graf Academy is an online academy with an individual approach to learning. We are starting with language programs, but we are building a broader educational space: in the future, the Academy plans to develop programming, mathematics and other modern disciplines.

The idea behind the Academy

The Academy is being built as an educational space where quality, a clear process and attention to the student matter more than mass production. We are not trying to look like a large school with dozens of directions from the very beginning. Instead, we open only those programs for which we have teachers, materials and a real ability to give students a result.

This approach allows the Academy to grow carefully and systematically: first by building strong basic directions, then by adding new disciplines without losing the quality of learning.

Our approach to learning

The student’s goal is at the center of the learning process. Some students need English for work, others need French for travel, some need careful work with texts, and some are interested in historical pre-reform writing. That is why we do not use one identical template for everyone.

We do not open a direction only for the sake of quantity. A teacher must understand the subject, be able to explain it and work with students of different levels.

Trial lesson

Before choosing a package, the student can take a trial lesson, define the level, discuss the goal and understand whether the learning format is suitable.

New programs appear only when there is a teacher, materials and a clear understanding of how the learning process should work.

At the moment, the Academy is developing several language programs. The main focus is on individual online lessons, trial lessons, choosing the right format and a clear package system.

Future development

New programs will be opened gradually. It is important for us that each direction has a responsible teacher, a clear lesson structure and real value for the student.

How we select teachers

Graf Academy does not work according to the principle of mass teacher recruitment. For us, subject knowledge is not enough: a teacher must also be able to explain clearly, work with different student levels and support a high-quality learning process.

New teachers join the Academy gradually: only when we understand their specialization, experience and teaching style, and can confidently offer students the appropriate direction.

Teachers

We involve teachers carefully. For the Academy, it is important not only that a teacher knows the subject, but also that they can explain it, work with different levels and maintain a normal learning process.

Some directions already have teachers with many years of experience, especially in English. In the future, the team will expand, but without losing quality and attention to the student.

Why “Graf”

The name and style of the Academy refer to the idea of an older educational culture: discipline, dignity and careful attention to knowledge. At the same time, the learning process takes place online, in a modern format, with the ability to study from any city or country.

We combine classical aesthetics with practical value: the student should receive not just a beautiful image, but a clear learning path and a tangible result.
